Also, Grubb goes on to say that the setting will feature a focus on Hawaiian and Polynesian folklore. While a ton of these new features sound like they will depart heavily from the first game, there will be some similarities between Immortals Fenyx Rising and its sequel or spin-off. There will still be a god narrator, for example and the visual style is purportedly the same.
