Tối hôm qua đọc tin này nên hôm nay đưa lên. Tôi tìm bài báo tiếng việt nói về vấn đề này không thấy.
Báo đức khi nói về Biontech/Pfizer thì hay (chỉ) dùng tên Biontech, báo vn hay các nước nói tiếng anh có lẽ sẽ dùng tên Pfizer.
Israel/Do Thái cho những người bị yếu, kém sức kháng và những người trên 60 tuổi tiêm mũi vakzin thứ 4. Theo nghiên cứu Studie ở Israel thì kết quả mũi thứ 4 không như trông đợi. Theo nữ giáo sư Gili Regev người đứng đầu nghiên cứu này, lượng kháng thể sau khi tiêm mũi 4 tăng gấp 5 lần so với trước khi tiêm, nhưng sau đó không lâu thì lượng kháng thể lại giảm đi và số lượng kháng thể chỉ y như khi đã tiêm mũi booster thứ 3.
Theo giáo sư Gili Regev thì lượng kháng thể tăng như thế là tốt, nhưng tăng như vậy (gấp 5 lần là) không đủ. kháng thể giảm đi nhanh là không tốt vì như thế sẽ phải tiêm mũi kế tiếp khoảng 4 tháng sau khi tiêm mũi 4. Kết luận: như vậy cứ cách 4 tháng lại phải tiêm mũi booster.

Nghiên cứu ở Israel, mũi thứ 4 không bảo vệ đủ để khỏi nhiễm omicron.

JERUSALEM, Jan 17 (Reuters) - A fourth shot of COVID-19 vaccine boosts antibodies to even higher levels than the third jab but it is not enough to prevent Omicron infections, according to a preliminary study in Israel.
Israel's Sheba Medical Center has given second booster shots in a trial among its staff and is studying the effect of the Pfizer booster in 154 people after two weeks and the Moderna booster in 120 people after one week, said Gili Regev-Yochay, director of the Infectious Diseases Unit.
These were compared to a control group that did not receive the fourth shot. Those in the Moderna group had previously received three shots of Pfizer's vaccine, the hospital said.
The vaccines led to a increase in the number of antibodies "even a little bit higher than what we had after the third dose", said Regev-Yochay.
"Yet, this is probably not enough for the Omicron," she told reporters. "We know by now that the level of antibodies needed to protect and not to got infected from Omicron is probably too high for the vaccine, even if it's a good vaccine."
The findings, which the hospital said were the first of its kind in the world, were preliminary and not yet published.
Israel was the fastest country to roll out initial vaccinations against COVID-19 a year ago and last month started offering a fourth shot, or a second booster, to the most vulnerable and high-risk groups.

Ông chuyên gia vi khuẩn đức này cũng nói mũi thứ 4 không cần thiết cho số đông! vì chích xong mũi 4 kết quả lượng kháng thể (1 thời gian ngắn sau đó) không khác gì sau khi tiêm mũi 3. Tiêm mũi 4 mà như thế sẽ làm cho hệ thống miễn dịch immunsystem bị rối loạn phải làm việc quá tải. Báo nói ông này top, nôm na chuyên gia thiệt, không phải chuyên gia tự phong 
Mũi booster 3 là cần. Rất nên tiêm.

Fazit kết luận của ldn: ai khỏe mạnh chưa tới 60 tuổi, không có bệnh nền, không cần tiêm mũi 4 trong thời gian tới, đương nhiên có biến thể mới dữ dằn thì lại khác, có điều nhớ đeo N95 hay FFP2 và giữ khoảng cách.
Mũi booster 3 là cần. Rất nên tiêm.

...có vaccine chống omicron. Các chuyên gia đều khuyên hãy cẩn thận, cân nhắc khi tiêm mũi 4.
