I don't think that is required by law. If they do and refuse to treat, then someone will overwrite it very soon.

I don't think hospitals can refused treatments to unvaccinated people. There are still many smaller children under 12 that are unvaccinated since it's not approved yet.

Perhaps hospitals need to know if patients have been vaccinated yet or have negative test results to categorized those who are "higher risks" and may need to follow different protocols when treating those patients!
